Sanghmitra Gautam

I am a PhD student at the Faculty of Economics, University College London.

My research focuses on the role of imperfect credit markets and externalities in shaping household demand for basic healthcare technologies in the developing world. In my approach, I combine dynamic household demand models of technology adoption with strategic interaction models that I identify and estimate on unique micro-data using novel econometric methods.
